Delivery time
We aim to dispatch your order within one to two working days following the confirmation e-mail. Please note that dispatching time might take longer due to public holidays or availability of the products. All our orders will be shipped through PostNL, DHL of DPD. As soon as your order has been received by the courier, we will send you the track & trace code. By clicking on the link you can see the status of your order.
Shipping costs
Within the Netherlands and Belgium the shipping costs include €4,95 per order. All orders above €50 are free of shipping costs within the Netherlands and Belgium.

Returns
Have you received your order but it is not what you are hoping for? You are able to return the products for any reason up to 14 days after receiving your order in the original packaging. Some products such as the BAMBOO slow feeder and bowls cannot be returned after usage. Please send an e-mail to [email protected] stating your order number, name and the reason why you are returning it. Returns are accepted for items that are still in its original condition, unpacked and include the tags. We will contact you and confirm the return as soon as possible.
After confirmation, you can send the products to the following address at your own costs: Monta Packing / District 70, Zoete Inval 4, 4815 HK Breda, the Netherlands. As soon as we have received the item in our warehouse and have processed your return we will transfer the purchase amount (excluding shipping costs) back to your account within one working day.
If your order gets damaged during transport or gets lost before it even reaches you, please send us an e-mail and we will come up with a solution as soon as possible.
