Shipping & Delivery 

We strive to ship your order within 1-2 business days after the confirmation email. Please note that shipping may take longer around holidays or if product availability is limited. We ship all orders via PostNL, DHL, or DPD. Once your package has been handed over to the carrier, you will receive a track & trace code from us. With this link, you can easily track the status of your order.

Shipping costs €7.95 = Austria, Denmark, France, Luxembourg, Monaco, Poland, Croatia (free over €99,-)

Shipping costs €9.95 = Slovakia and Slovenia (free over €75,-)

Shipping costs €9,95 = United Kingdom (free over €149,-)

Shipping costs €12.95 = Finland, Ireland, Malta, Sweden, Norway, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Latvia, Hungary, Estonia, Spain, Italy, Portugal (free over €99,-)

Shipping costs €14.95 = Greece, Serbia, Romania, Bulgaria (free over €99,-)

Shipping costs €29,95 = Switzerland 

Returns

Not completely satisfied with your order? No problem! You can return your products within 14 days after receiving them, for any reason, as long as they are in the original packaging. Please note: certain products, such as the BAMBOO slow feeder or bowls, cannot be returned after use.

Send an email to [email protected] with your order number, name, and the reason for the return. We only accept returns for items that are in their original condition and still have the tags attached.

Return address 

After confirmation of your return, you can send the products back at your own expense to the following address: Monta Breda BV / District 70, Zoete Inval 4, 4815 HK Breda, Netherlands. Once we have received the item in our warehouse, we will perform a quality check within 7 days. After approval, we will refund the purchase amount to the account used for payment within 3 business days.

If your order is damaged during transport or does not arrive, please feel free to contact us via email. We will ensure that we find an appropriate solution as quickly as possible.
