Instructions for replacing paper rope 

What do you need? District 70 OASIS paper rope, glue gun and scissors. 

Step 1: Unscrew the scratching post, remove the old paper rope and glue the first round well.

Step 2: Wrap the rest of the paper rope very tightly around the scratching post and press firmly so that it fits together seamlessly.

Step 3: After the entire scratching post is covered with the paper rope, glue the last vane back on extra tightly and trim the end. Use extra glue at the end to avoid a loose piece.

Step 4: Screw the scratching post back onto the steel base and the scratching post is ready, as good as new!
